My Reflection

A while ago we read a book called wonder it is about a boy how has a little bit of a different look, I better not say anything more!

So anyway there are three events as you can see.  

You are probably wondering what we had to do so I am going to tell you, first we had to read the actual book then our teacher Miss Fisher gave us this document, after that we read the events and put in what summer did.

I found this activity easy because I remembered the book very well!

I hope we can do this activity again!   😊  

Questions & Non Fiction Texts

 My Reflection

A few weeks ago we read a book called extinction is forever.  First we had to read the book and then we asked a few questions. 
 After that we answered the questions by researching the answers. 
When we finished that we went on to all the features of the book.
I think I am still learning how to ask questions.
The most challenging thing in this activity was the describing the language features. 

      

Stop and Dash

My Reflection

A week ago we made a slide that included the stop and dash sentence. If you don't know what a stop and dash sentence is, it is a piece of writing that you describe what you talking about, so you could say I could smell the plane food coming down the aisle or you could say I could smell the plane food - yummy delicious mouthwatering - coming down the aisle.

I think I did really well using the stop and dash sentence  

I feel proud that I achieved the success criteria.
Now I plan to use the stop and dash sentence in my writing!

Yoda Speak

As you know stars wars day was on the 4th of May so our teacher thought we could try to speak how Yoda speaks.
I found this activity hard because I think Yoda speak is a little bit hard to understand.

Comparing Summer and August

My Reflection 

A few days ago we were reading a book called wonder it's about a boy who is deformed and well I probably shouldn't spoil it for you.  When we finished reading the first two parts of the book we made these Taguls.

I found this activity easy and because I think I am really good at describing people.

I really enjoyed this activity and I hope I can do it again.
